Returns & Exchanges

At Sienna Swim, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and branded tags are securely attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
